Email paling Lawak… haha

ni la ayat2 dari seorang yg bergelar Manager…

Dear ALL,

It saddens me that the staff in MDO are not supporting the efforts that I have introduced in this office. It is either a deliberate attempt to undermine my position or just selfish attitude of individuals or resistant to improvements for personal gains.

There is also a lot of politicking taking place within “groups”, with each group not cooperating with others, even though they are required to do so in their jobs. This has become so blatant that it is becoming to affect productivity and efficiency in our deliverables.

A lot of effort has been done for improvements in MDO, including the Friday morning talk, which amongst others is to train our staff in presentation and public speaking in English, to get everybody together to strengthen the bond between the staff of different department and sharing of issues and work elements. However, such efforts have COLDLY accepted by various individuals. I believe these individuals have their own reasons for such responses.

Then there is the question of collection of fund. It was mentioned that the fund will be collected based on the amount specified, on voluntary basis, once a month. It was also mentioned that the fund will be used to provide refreshments (food and drink) once a month after the Friday talk, namely the first week after collection has been made (if the VOLUNTARY fund is paid within the first week). In exceptional cases where we celebrate an event, like a farewell or welcome event, then we have a small MAKAN, usually such fund came from myself and my partner in crime Shaiful Mahmud . Dona and Nurbaya are only agents for the collection. They do not spend or allow to spend this fund except during the above functions. Therefore, they should not be subjected to abuses nor should they be scolded. If one had paid attention to what was said during the Friday talk, then the question on when refreshments are available should not have been raised. The reason why we are having refreshments tomorrow is to celebrate an event, which was raised up by Hestie to me, which I am sorry I overlook, to bade farewell to Yunizar. In a related event, Faridah in her own way, is having a separate arrangement to take her own HR staff for a private farewell dinner. The whole scenario above has been blown out of proportion which hurts the feelings of several staff to the extent that it creates mistrusts and bad blood.

Nonetheless I have been encouraged with the support of some of the staff and to date I have been opened to feedbacks, suggestions and recommendations, even criticisms. To them I wish to express my gratitude. To the others, I suggest that you look beyond yourself for the interest of the company and your fellow staff. That way we are able to work as a team, without resorting to politicking or hurting the feelings of others, to achieve a common goal.

Jawapan dari aku… andai email ini ditujukan secara tak langsung kepada aku..

Bos… u’r the bos.. mana mungkin aku nak menjatuhkan kau. Bukan bermaksud nak melawan kau.. Tetapi, adakah patut kau membelakangi pandangan kami para pekerja dalam memutuskan sesuatu. Opic ni bukan kau yang punya. kau makan gaji.. aku pun makan gaji. Lainla kalau Ir. Rozali (share holder terbesar)yang bagi instruction.
Kau wakil kami. Kami bukan kuli kau.. kita sama2 makan gaji.. kau hormati pandangan kami, kami hormati keputusan kau. Jika kau rasa aku bersalah, kenapa tak panggil aku untuk beri penjelasan.. kita bersemuka.. dimana letaknya keadilan kau jika kau menghukum aku bersalah tanpa usul periksa.
Bos, Aku manusia kau juga manusia.. mana ada manusia didunia ini hari ini yang tak berdosa.. Andai aku bersalah nyatakan kesalahan aku. Jika betul aku bersalah, Insyallah.. dapat aku pohon kemaafan. Tuhan pun dah kata.. sebelum dia ampunkan dosa kita, kita kena dapatkan kemaafan dari siapa yg kita sakiti. Tapi, bagaimana aku nak minta maaf kalau aku pun tak tahu apa kesalahan aku.
Bos, persoalannya disini… siapa perlu minta maaf pada siapa.. andai tidak bersemuka.. bagaimana nak bermaafan. Bos, persoalanya disini.. siapa yg perlu dahulu mulakan perbicaraan ini.. bagaimana aku nak mula jika aku tak tahu aku bersalah..
Bos, jika benar ada sifat ke’puak’kan dikalangan kita.. siapa yang perlu membanterasnya.. bagi aku semua yang ada di ‘opic’ hari ini kawan2 aku.. jadi sebagai kawan salahkah aku tegur dimana salahnya.. Jika ada yang aku ter’salah’ kenapa tidak kau tegur aku. Rasulullah pun suruh kita saling tegur menegur… sebab apa? kerana kita semua tak sunyi dari kesilapan kan..
Satu lagi bos, pasal makan yang ko cakap come from u and ur partner in crime tu.. cuba ko tanya staff yang lain. Sebelum kau masuk, bukan kami tak pernah buat makan2 kalau ada kawan2 kami yang terlebih dahulu mengorak langkah ketempat lain.. cuba kau tanya dari mana datangnya sumber kewangan kami sebelum kau datang.. cuba kau tanya bagaimana mewahnya hidangan makanan kami pada waktu itu.. cuba kau tanya bagaimana kami mnguruskannya.. bukan aku tak berterima kasih dengan sumbangan kau itu. Cuma bila dah kau nak sponser.. buat apa kami nak keluarkan duit kecil kami ini. Bukan kami persoalkan duit tabung.. tp kami persoalkan bagaimana ia digunakan. Dimana letaknya ketelusan dalam perbelanjaan wang tabung kami itu. Semua ini kami persooalkan bukan suka2. Tapi atas sebab pengalaman lampau kami…

Jadi bos.. andai kau tersesat ke blog aku ni.. pikir2kan lah.. munkin ayat aku agak keras.. tapi.. kenapa? adakah aku yg mulakannya dahulu… bukankah kau sendiri yg melontarkan tuduhan kepada pekerja dahulu…

    haha … adoi … pernah jadi kt ofis aku juga … boss direct tuduh staff … dia hantar email dkt semua staff tanpa bertanya pada tuan badan dulu … selidik dulu apa yg berlaku … kadang2 attitude or cara boss pun kena ubah dulu br nak ubah anak2 buah😉

    Boss yang berkaliber tak perlu nak menyalahkan sesiapa selain dirinya bila ada kegagalan!

    Tu la banning… sib baik aku dah cool down.. tp, kalo gunung berapi terpendam meletuss lagi bahaya dari gunung berapi aktif kan (teringat belajar Goegrafi masa PMR haha)
